Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern access to the Quantum website and, once a subscription agreement is in place, the Quantum platform, provided by AssetMetrix GmbH ("AssetMetrix", "we"). Platform access for clients is also governed by the individual subscription agreement signed with AssetMetrix; where the two conflict for a client, the subscription agreement takes precedence.

2. Accounts & access

Platform accounts are provisioned for named users at a client organisation. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Multi-factor authentication must remain enabled where offered.

3. Your data

Fund, portfolio and investor data you or your organisation enter into Quantum remains your property. AssetMetrix processes it only to provide and support the platform, as described in our Privacy policy and the applicable data processing agreement, and does not use client data to train external models or share it with unrelated third parties.

4. Availability & support

We aim to keep the platform available on the service levels set out in your subscription agreement, with planned maintenance communicated in advance where possible. Support channels and response times depend on your plan, as described on our Pricing page.

5. Intellectual property

The Quantum software, website, and all associated design, text and graphics are the property of AssetMetrix GmbH or its licensors. Your subscription grants a right to use the platform for your organisation's own fund and investor operations; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

6. Liability

Quantum provides tools for portfolio administration, analytics and reporting; it does not constitute investment, legal or tax advice, and outputs should be reviewed by your own qualified professionals before being relied upon. Liability for the website and platform is limited as set out in the applicable subscription agreement and by mandatory law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any dispute arising from your use of this website that is not otherwise governed by a subscription agreement falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
