Visiting our website
When you visit this site, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp, in server log files. Using the Quantum platform
Where your organisation is a client of Quantum, AssetMetrix GmbH processes business contact data for platform users (name, work email, role) to provide accounts and support, under a data processing agreement with your organisation. Fund, portfolio and investor data entered into Quantum by our clients is processed on their instructions; AssetMetrix acts as a processor for that data and does not use it for its own purposes.
Recipients & international transfers
We share personal data with carefully selected service providers who support our operations — for example, hosting, email delivery and customer relationship tools — under data processing agreements. Where a provider is located outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard to ensure your data remains protected.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law (for example, German commercial and tax retention periods of up to ten years for business correspondence and invoices). Enquiry and marketing data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed and no legal retention period applies.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
